You Know there is something going on inside. Its closed to the public and no visitors are welcome inside. And just by the look of the place you can tell there are ghosts there.
true this place is somewhat haunted, let me correct that, this placed is not closed to the public, for others this placed is scary but for us its an airsofters haven ;)

let me share a story about what i experienced in this place..
..several pictures also show orbs, shadows and unexplained images during our photo ops in this placed anyways but the scariest thang i did experienced is shooting on an unknown shadow that i thought its another airsofter player, i ran out of bb's but the shadow is still in there until umpires shouted game over..i went back to our neutral zone and was told that im the only player left..
another story is that a kid was running on the 2nd floor went to a room were the chimney is located, we thought that there is a civilian visiting the area, we shouted "cease fire! civilian in the area.."we waited around 5 min no civilian went out, we went to the 2nd floor, check chimney room no one was there..we heard rumors about this kid, that this kid died during the fire when diplo was still a hotel.. another one is i several moving an ilhouettes in white moving from one room to the other and others like you feel you are being watched...or as if you are with someone in a certain room but you are alone...but to be honest i love this placed a mix of adrenaline rush and goosebumps while you are playing...but we still pay respect to this place...before we play we pray.

here is the story of the placed:
"Diplomat Hotel on Dominican Hill - In May 1911, the councils of the Province of the Dominican Order voted to construct a vacation house in Baguio on a 17 hectare property they had acquired when the American authorities were encouraging people to come here. Actual work started in 1913 under Fr. Roque Ruano and the building was inaugurated on May 23, 1915. To take advantage of the tax exemptions a school called Collegio del Santissimo Rosario was opened in June 1915 but due to the very small enrollment the school closed in 1917, reverting the building to the original vacation house sanitarium.
During WWII it was first occupied by refugees. Later the Japanese Army Liberation Forces had to bomb out the refugees from the buildings. The five direct hits left very extensive damage and for a time it was left unrepaired. Reconstruction was started in 1947 and completed in 1948 with most of its pre-war grandeur and beauty restored.
In 1973, Diplomats Hotels, Inc. acquired ownership, remodeled the interior into a 33 bedroom hotel with modern facilities, but retained the unique and distinct personality of the Dominican Hill. In the 80's the hotel ceased operations due to the death of one of its majority stockholders. Plans are underway to develop this historical religious landmark into a tourist resort."
>>at the back of the diplomat hotel, there is a butterfly sanctuary right at the gate of the diplomat hotel was a guard house and in front was a grotto and inside there is now a praying room.
peace!
